I know Jim as a man of many hobbies, interests, and opinions. I personally enjoyed the cooking the best! Jim brought much joy to my mother's life, and for that I will miss him the most. My heart goes out to her for losing her husband, soulmate, and life partner. And my deepest sympathy to Jim's children, grandchildren, and family. God be with you in this time of sorrow and celebration of his life! He will be greatly missed.

I remember Dad as a highly intelligent and skillful man. He was so good at so many things. He was a great musician and singer. If he didn't like how something was done he did it himself. He had a great sense of humor. He was an excellent cook. I'm gonna' miss him saying, "Here, get a bite of this(new recipe), and tell me what you think"? And he was always there for you. He helped a lot of people. He was always good at giving his opinion, even if it hurt. He always gave us good advice. It was hard to see him go, but we couldn't be selfish and want him to stay here. He is with grandma and grandpa now. Oh what singing', oh what shouting! There's rejoicing in heaven. We'll see him again someday. What a blessed reunion. Until then, Dad, you are greatly missed.
With love, Cathy

I know my Father as a mentor and friend. He always does things the right way with no short cuts. He has an integrity, of which I can only hope to posses a small percentage. We may not fully understand why his untimely passing had to be, but! I know and believe that Dad is alive and well. He has received his reward in full from God all mighty. Way to go Dad! "Save a place for me at the table beside you"! I will see you soon! Love Curt

I was sorry to hear of the passing of my long time friend. Jim, Larry & I had many enjoyable years growing up together when his family lived on 25th street. Now that he is once again united with the rest of the family that went before him there is bound to be good music coming from the heavens. Goodbye my friend.

Our hearts and prayers are with you the family. We knew Jim for a lot of years and found him to be a great guy. He was a lot of fun to be around. Will always remember fishing trip to Canada one summer, had a great time. He was always nice to me (Darlene) the six years I worked for him at the plant. May time heal your sadness during this time of sorrow.
