Arizona – Michael Dean Bowden, 51, of Tucson, AZ, passed away on Saturday, September 3, 2022, in Arizona.

Born April 15, 1971, in Bedford, he was the son of William and Carolyn Perry. He retired from the U.S. Army as a First Sergeant after serving twenty-two years. He later owned his own woodworking business.

Survivors include two sons, Michael Dean Bowden, II and wife, Chelsea, of Columbus, GA and Jayden Bowden and wife, McKendra, of Georgetown, IN; a daughter, Morgan Bowden, of Pheonix, AZ; his adoptive mother, Carolyn Perry, of Williams; mother of his sons, Rosezona Bowden; two grandchildren, Azalynne and Magnolia; three sisters, Shonda Bakker and husband, Troy, of Phoenix, AZ, Michele Palmer, of Virden, NM, and Karen Cooper, of Orleans. He was preceded in death by his biological parents, his adoptive father, William Perry, a sister, Belinda Smale and a brother, Timothy Perry.

Graveside services will be conducted at 2:00 pm on Thursday, September 22nd at Dive Cemetery with Pastor Brian Bolton officiating and where military rites will be accorded.
