Bedford – Phillip Brian Davis, 71, of Bedford, passed away at 12:23 am on Thursday, July 14, 2022, at White River Lodge.


Born February 18, 1951, in Bedford, he was the son on William and Moneva (Hillenburg) Davis. He was a school bus driver for the North Lawrence Community School Corporation. He attended the East Oolitic Community Church and White River Baptist Church.


Survivors include two sisters, Janet Glasgow, of Springville and Joyce Collins, of Bedford; a brother, Dennis W. Davis and wife, Arlene, of East Oolitic; sisters-in-law, Debbie Davis and Nancy Davis, both of Bedford; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister, Arleen Thompson; three brothers, Rob, Bill, and Claude; a sister-in-law, Brenda Davis.


Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 am on Thursday, July 21st in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Millard Jones officiating. Burial will follow in the Breckenridge Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Wednesday, July 20th at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
