I worked with Aaron when I hired on at Crane as a Co-Op student at Crane in 1985. As a fellow mechanical engineer, I learned so much from Aaron in those early years. Besides learning about things related to work, he, along with Floyd Holland and Sheridan Priest, also taught me to play Euchre. Aaron was a wonderful person who cared about the people in his life. To Mattie, his children and the rest of his family, you have my deepest condolences and my gratitude for sharing Aaron with us for so many years at Crane.

Along life's pathway, God puts special people in your path and Aaron is one for me. For 30+ years, from the time I encourged him to join my team to the time he talked me into working for him after I retired, Aaron was not only a co-worker, but a close friend. We shared the same vision for our organization which led to a new building and continual growth. But, most of all, we leaned on each other in our technical backgrounds with common trust, friendship and shared the love of God.
