To Lana’s brothers & sisters, especially Connie: I was so sad to read about Lana’s passing. Although I didn’t know her well, I’m glad to know she’s with Jesus. Wish I could express my condolences in person. My mom would have wanted me to do that since she’s now in Heaven too. Maybe they’re visiting now. Kay Lee (Ruby Lee’s daughter.

I worked with Lana at Garden Village in the kitchen and then she came to work for me at White River Lodge. She was a godly woman who taught me alot. Over the years I have wondered about her. Glad she became a nurse. I know she has been a good one. My prayers and thought are with the family.

I knew Lana Lackey in high school...we were both Oolitic Bearcats before the school consolidation! She was a beautiful girl with a big smile and full of life:) I'm so glad to know that she knows Jesus... that means I will see her again someday. Im praying God will cover y'all with His Presence and give you comfort during this sad time.
