I was unaware of my Uncle Jerry's military Service until he told me a couple of months ago. He said, "I was in the National Guard you know!" Then he said, "Well, I had to go. They made me." He minimized his Service, saying, "I only did six months active duty." No matter why, when or how long he Served our nation, as a fellow Veteran, I salute his Service! Hand, - - -SALUTE! Order, - - - ARMS!
