Kenny you will always be in my thoughts and prayers. Although I only really got to know you the past two years which were not your good years, I truly realized what a special person you were. I believe I have become a better person for knowing you and the kind of person you were. Never concerned for your own personal situation but always looking at the positive things in life. I just loved your spirit and always looked forward to talking to you when our schedules would allow. I'll miss those conversations but I know we will meet again someday. Im greatful for your strong wife Wanda and your wonderful family and friends especially Barry. Just wanted to tell you I love you and I know you are in a better place. You now have the peace you deserve. Love Terry Kinder

I will miss Kenny very much. He had such a sweet spirit. Even though he was very ill, he would still come to church. He was an encouragement not only to me but to Tunnel Hill Church. We are happy that he made it to the other side to be with Jesus but our hearts are grieved because he will be greatly missed. We are praying for your family during this very difficult time. God sees your pain and He will give you the strength that you need to make it through the tough days that lie ahead. He gave me strength and peace when I lost my dear mother and I know that He will do the same for you and your family. Let your hope be in the fact that Kenny is alive and well with Jesus. He has finished his race and has received his crown of righteousness. We will see Kenny again if we have made Jesus the Lord of our life. You are in my prayers.

Dear Wanda and Family,
We were so sorry to hear of Kenny's passing. He was always there with a smile and a wave or a suggestion on how to fix something we were struggling with. Somehow working outside on mowing grass, raking leaves, or planting flowers, didn't seem like such a chore when he was usually doing the same thing right beside us in your yard at the same time(even though we could never catch up with him!).
May it comfort you to know that our family grieves with you, but we are sure that he will greet us when we make it home someday and say " Hi neighbor, I've been waiting on you---need any help?"
Sincerely, The Stevensons Jimmy and Darlene Craig and Gretchen, Sydney and Kaity Chad and Chris

Wanda and Family, How sad to lose the soulmate you have had through the years. It is always too soon when we have to let a loved one go. I didn't know Kenny was sick, but I am sure he is no longer in pain and is healthy and whole again.
May God bless you and give you peace through the difficult days ahead, as you grieve and mourn for Kenny. Remember all the happy times and remember that it is alright to cry. God knows and understands your pain.
Blessings and peace! Alice Peterson

Whenever I think of Kenny I remember how he would always allow all of the kids in our neighborhood to play basketball on his backyard court. He was always friendly and encouraged us to play there anytime - and we did. His hospitality left a lasting impression with me. He was a great guy and a genuinely good person. He will be missed.
