Cheryl was my cousin. She always had a smile and I enjoyed talking with her at holiday gatherings and other visits. Growing up, we would go to her parent's house for July 4th fireworks celebrations. We would spend the whole day hanging out there playing games and enjoying good food until the evening fireworks display, when we would sit on the front lawn and enjoy the show. Cheryl enjoyed being with family and playing games. She would laugh and make a good time even better. She made everyone around her feel better.
We were shocked and saddened to hear of her passing. We had hoped to see her soon and wish her well; let her know she had our love and support in her battle with cancer. A card we had signed and mailed couldn't even reach her in time. Like too many of our friends and family, she left us way too soon. We're going to sincerely miss her.

Phil, Linda, Misty and Family,
I am so sorry for your loss. I loved Cheryl and hated to hear of her passing at such a young age. I know she had many struggles in life but it was an honor to know her. She always cheered me up and made me laugh.
I'm sure she will be greatly missed by many. I think Terri will be glad to see her again so they can catch up on things together again now. I can see them laughing together. I miss Terri awfully too but it's a comfort to me to know that she and Cheryl are probably seeing each other again now. I hope so.

Cheryl and I worked at the old Walmart on 16th St as well as the new one on John Williams Blvd for several years. Her laughter, her smile could brighten the most ill tempered person around her.
