Though I never knew Mr. Franklin personally, I do know most of your family, and I have heard many good things about him over the years. David and June Franklin were life long friends at Scotland Full Gospel. I have many good memories of services and times shared with them! David Franklin was a man of God, a man of integrity, and a man with a heart for others.

What a wonderful blessing I had having such a great man for my Papaw. He taught me so many things, mostly by example. He will be missed, but I really can't say I am sad because, Oh how happy he is now! I can almost see him rejoicing and running thru Heaven. He ran a good race and has most definitely won. If he were here he would want us to rejoice and be happy, not sad. I will see you one day, I love you Papaw.....Vic
