Obituary of Vivian Cuddy
Bloomington Vivian Cuddy, 84, of Bloomington, died at 5:35 pm on Monday, April 23, 2012 at I.U. Bloomington Hospital following a brief illness.
Born January 19, 1928 in Bedford, she was the daughter of Raymond and Mary (Polk) Pace. She attended Stalker Elementary School and graduated from Bedford High School. She married Charles Hague and he preceded her in death. She married James Cuddy on September 29, 1978 and he survives. She was a homemaker and a member of the Oolitic Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, James of Bloomington; two daughters, Connie Gorgas and husband, Marty and Janna Roman and husband, Pedro; a son, Mike Cuddy and wife, Jan; six grandchildren, Jeremy and Joshua Smith, Jana and Matt McGee, David Cuddy and Natalie Lang; nine great grandchildren, Cooper, Lilly, Payton, Ava and Thatcher Smith, J.J. and Steven Green and Parker and Lillian Cuddy; several nieces and nephews and many friends. She was preceded in death by her first husband, her parents, four sisters, Virginia McFarland, Hazel Gould, June Hert and one in infancy; one brother, Virgil (Bud) Funeral Information
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 pm on Friday, April 27th in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Rev. Joann Kluender officiating. Burial will follow in the Green Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Thursday, April 26th and from 11:00 am until the hour of service on Friday, April 27th at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
