Obituary of June M. Stedman

Bedford June M. Stedman, 87, of 1702 Valley View Dr., Bedford, died at 12:03 am on Friday, March 2, 2012 at her residence. Born September 25, 1924 in Auburn, IN, she was the daughter of Garner M. and Helen (Webb) Cupp. She married Earl R. Stedman in Auburn on June 18, 1949 and he preceded her in death on April 29, 2008. She was a nurse for fifty years retiring in 1989 from the Betz Nursing Home in Auburn, IN. She enjoyed Knitting and crocheting and was an avid I.U. basketball fan. Survivors include two daughters, Candace and Christine Stedman both of Bedford. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and one sister, Betty Krise. Funeral Information Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, March 6th in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary. A graveside committal service will be conducted at 1:00 pm on Thursday, March 8th in Woodlawn Cemetery in Auburn. Visitation will be from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm on Tuesday, March 6th at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
