It is comforting to see this page still up in memory of Papaw. I miss hugging him, and kissing his clean-shaven cheek. He took such pride in how he presented himself. My heart still aches, but that just shows his importance.

We would like to express our deepest sympathy for your loss. The loss of someone close is difficult to bear. It is our hope that you know that we care. The Bible brings sure comfort for all the ones we have lost and answers such questions as: Why do people grow old and die and What happens to us when we die? God promises a time when death will be no more and this is found at Revelation 21:4 which reads: "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourn nor pain anymore. The former things have passed away." I hope this brings you some comfort.

Judy & Family, So sorry to hear of your loss. We thought alot of your dad. It was so good to see the pictures, many of just how I remember Earl. The jeans and the denim shirts were his staple. I remember when I was young I always thought of him as the big rancher of Springville. Kori, Kenny and Kandi, I probably wouldn't even recognize you if I passed you on the street, but you all have had a special place in my life. We are praying for you all. God Bless, Jeff

Carole, you know how much I/we loved your dad. He was such a special person to both of us. I will especially miss his phone calls on my birthday. He and and your mom always made me feel like I was part of their family from the day I met them both. We will miss him.
