Obituary of Dana L. Pruett

Oolitic Dana L. Pruett, 54, of Oolitic died at 1:00 am on Tuesday, September 13, 2011 at her residence. Born June 1, 1957 in Bedford, she was the daughter of Marvin L. and Rilla Jo (Baker) Allen. She married Philip Pruett and he survives. She was a member of the Oolitic United Methodist Church. Surviving with her husband Philip are two sons; Michael Pruett and wife Hillary of Richmond, Craig Pruett and his wife Allison, of Bedford, grandchildren; Seth, Shelby, Zach, Makayla, Bristol, Adalia and Sasha Pruett, one sister; Debbie Jo Ikerd and husband Steve of Bedford, one brother, Darren Allen and his wife Theresa of Springville and her mother-in-law, Nita Pruett of Oolitic . She was preceded in death by her parents. Funeral Information Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 am on Friday, September 16, 2011at the Day & Carter Mortuary with Pastor Dan Voorhies officiating. Burial will follow in Cresthaven Memory Gardens. Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Thursday, September 15, 2011 at Day & Carter Mortuary.
