Obituary of Mabel Pruett

Bedford-Mabel Pruett, 92, of 310 Hill Drive, passed away at 1:08 A.M. Saturday, June 04, 2005 at the Bedford Regional Medical Center. She had been in failing health for many years. Born on April 11, 1913 in Kankakee County, IL she was the daughter of Charles Gray and Ruby (Spears) Gray. She married Lawson Pruett in the Presbyterian Church in Bedford, IN on December 27, 1946 and he survives. She was a member of the First Christian Church in Bedford, IN since 1947. She worked as a Pink Lady for many years and was a member of the Womens Dept. Club of Bedford. Surviving with her husband, Lawson of Bedford, is one daughter, Eloise Trueblood of Indianapolis, IN; two sons; one grandson: David M. Trueblood and two great grandsons. She was preceded in death by one granddaughter: Karen Trueblood and four brothers and two sisters. Funeral Information Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday, June 8th in the Elmwood Chapel of Day & Carter Mortuary with Rev. Bob Dailey officiating.
