Obituary of Daniel L. Pruett

Mitchell Daniel L. Pruett, 43, of 1118 N. Marion Street, Mitchell, IN, died at 11:35 pm on Monday, August 22, 2011 at St. Vincent Dunn Hospital in Bedford. Born August 7, 1968, in Bedford, he was the son of Danny and Carolyn (Hicks) Pruett. He married Glenda Parker and she preceded him in death in 2009. He worked at United Tech in Bloomfield, IN and was a graduate of Bedford North Lawrence High School. Survivors include his parents of Bedford; one son, Christopher Pruett of Mitchell; two sisters, Dian Livingston (Terry) of Paoli and Vicky Fields (Mike) of Bedford; five step-children, Ben Parker, Sara Livingston, Joey Parker, Josh Parker and Teddy Hayes; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife and a brother, Jimmy Pruett. Funeral Information Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 pm on Saturday, August 27th in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary. Burial will follow in the Mitchell Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Friday, August 26th and from 1:00 pm until the hour of service on Saturday, August 27th at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
