Obituary of Gayle Lynn Priddy

Bedford Gayle Lynn Priddy, 59, of 2268 Peerless Road, Bedford, IN, died Tuesday, July 28, 2009 at Bloomington Hospital. Born August 9, 1949 in Bedford, she was the daughter of Dewey Dale and Lois (Williams) Chenault. She married Kirby Neil Priddy on June 11, 1966 and he survives. She worked for Cook Medical until 2008. Surviving with her husband, Kirby is her mother, Lois Chenault of Springville; one son, Kirby Dale Priddy and wife, Deana of Bedford; four sisters, Dorothy Godsey and husband, Roy of Oolitic, Cheryl Godsey and husband, Lloyd of Springville, Dale Ann Johnson and husband, Ken of Greene Co.,Shawn Browning and husband, Barry of Bedford; a sister-in-law, Sherrie Scott and husband, Howard of Bedford; a brother-in-law, Jerry Priddy of Oolitic; two grandchildren, Madison and Jacob Priddy. She was preceded in death by her father, Dewey Chenault. Funeral Information Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 am on Saturday, August 1st from the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Johnny Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in the Dive Cemetery. Friends may call from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Friday, July 31st at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
