Obituary of Eleanor Price

Bedford- Eleanor Price, 73, of Bedford, died at 11:15 am on Monday, July 01, 2013 at her residence. Born September 16, 1939 in Phoenix, AZ she was the daughter of Hilbert and Ruth (Pinnick) Potts. She married Jim Price on March 7, 1959 and he preceded her in death on March 29, 2009 after 50 years of marriage. She graduated from Oolitic High School with the class of 1957. She was a member of the Tabernacle of Praise Church, and a homemaker. Survivors include her daughter: Lynette Greene and her husband Lynn of Heltonville; two granddaughters: Lynessa and Lynnae Greene both of Heltonville; four brothers: Gerald Bud Potts of Bloomington, Larry Potts of Granite City, MO, Frank Potts of Ocoee, TN, Steve Potts of Bedford; one sister: Mary Kitty May of Bedford; several nieces and nephews; her best friend of over 60 years: Twanette Seidle of Bedford. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and one brother in infancy. Funeral Information Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 AM on Friday, July 5th 2013 at the Tabernacle of Praise, with Pastor Gary Thomas officiating. Burial will follow in the Owensburg Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Wednesday, July 3rd at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
