Penman was quite a unique individual. He was so bubbly and full of life and had a whole lot more energy than I have ever had. He would dance through the halls of our work building singing gospel songs and almost always had a smile on his face. CAAA will definitely be a different place without his presence. Our thoughts are with those that he leaves behind and we pray that God will bring comfort to them during these difficult times.

Penman was very dear to me, one of the greatest encouragers I ever met. He and I knocked on many doors together. He touched many lives, including mine, and made me want to be a better person. His passing is a great loss for all of us.
