Words cannot express how we will miss Sister Lee Etta...She was a dear friend, and will miss the many times we chatted on the phone..her love for flat green beans, my homemade salsa, hot peppers, and her request for bacon grease...she loved to fry her potatoes in that...We loved her so much!!! She was so much fun!!!!!

She was a super lady that has left a great legacy, she was the same everytime you met her and she always had a smile. These folks that have meant so much to so many are quickly moving off the scene, who will stand in the gap? My sincere condolences to the family.

Lee Etta and Ted were long time friends. Wynn was raised in Oolitic. (Wynn Anderson) Ted and I did several jobs together. It was a great joy when he told me of his salvation. We are enriched by their friendship.

I never had the pleasure of meeting Lee Etta in person but to hear all the wonderful things that those that did know her say about her. Sounds like she was a joyous woman with a wonderful sense of humor and an incredible love for life. May God bless her and her family and friends as they celebrate her life.

Janet, Judy & Families, I was sorry to hear of Lee Etta's passing. I didn't know until I saw the obituary that her birthday was the day after mine.
Lee Etta was a wonderful lady, she always had a smile for everyone and loved people. My Mom & Dad thought very highly of her and considered her their friend. She loved her family so much, and was a good neighbor to everyone. She lived her life as a good example to others and will be greatly missed by many people.
Once when I was working at the Windmill Drive-In (1963) she came and ordered a "Rochester", but I didn't realize she meant a root beer and had to ask her. We had a good laugh about that and it still makes me smile.
I will keep your family in my thoughts and prayers. With Love & Blessings to all of you.

The Oolitic Pentecostal Church is going to miss her, and I am going to miss her. She was a Child of God and prayed for everyone. I always knew when it was storming that her prayers were going up for Oolitic.
