Obituary of Mary Wanda Moser
Franklin Mary Wanda Moser, 89, of Franklin, formerly of Bedford, died at 7:22 pm Friday, January 7, 2011 at the home of her daughter in Franklin.
Born June 5, 1921 in Bedford, she was the daughter of Raymond and Eva (Roberts) Taylor. She married Marlin Moser on April 6, 1946 and he died February 26, 1991. She was a homemaker and a 71 year member of the Faith Mission Church in Bedford, she had worked for the Evangelistic Faith Mission, she was a Pink Lady volunteer at Dunn Memorial Hospital for 10 years and was also a volunteer teacher for the Stone City Christian Academy for 17 years.
Survivors include one son, Robert Bob Moser and wife, Bonnie, of Bedford; two daughters, Ruth Anne Manns and companion, Beth Manns of Franklin, and Tracy Thornton and husband Tom of Bargersville, IN; nine grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; a sister, Nila Clements of Peerless, IN. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and a sister, Betty Lou Taylor. Funeral Information
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, January 12th in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Pastor Leonard Sankey and Pastor Stephen Hight officiating. Burial will follow in Green Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Tuesday, January 11th and from 11:00 am until the hour of service on Wednesday at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
