Obituary of Cassie Jean Moore

Bedford Cassie Jean Moore, 53, of 2412 35th Street, Bedford, went to be with her Lord and Savior at 1:20 am on Wednesday, January 9, 2008 from her residence. Born June 2, 1954 in Salem, IN, she was the daughter of Scott Newton and Jean Ruth (Gould) Tolbert. She married Tyree Moore on December 15, 1973 and he survives. She was retired from the Bedford North Lawrence School System where she had worked as a teachers aide in special education at the Englewood School. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Bedford. Survivors include her husband, Tyree of Bedford; one son, Jeremy Scott Moore and his wife, Heather of Bedford; one daughter, Kylee Brooke Moore-Harding and her husband, Jason of Bedford; four grandchildren, Kennedy Brooke Moore, Kadence Elizabeth Moore, Chloe Elise Harding, Isabelle Faith Harding; two sisters, Sue Baker and her husband, Ron of Orleans, Brenda Hall and her husband, Tim of Bedford; one brother, Scotty Tolbert and his wife, Jane of Saltillo; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents. Funeral Information Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 am on Saturday, January 12th from the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Rev. Kregg Burris officiating. Burial will follow in the Saltillo Cemetery. Friends may call from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Friday, January 11th and from 9:00 am until the hour of service on Saturday, January 12th at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
