I had the pleasure of meeting Eric at Visteon. I am so proud to be able to say that Eric enriched my life as well as the lives of everyone else that he came into contact with. Eric was a special person. He always had a kind word and a smile for everyone. He will be greatly missed. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family. Our loss is Heavens gain.

John, Beth, Laura, Josh, and Jed: I hope you are finding comfort and peace in the Lord. It is amazing to me to think of the hole left in our hearts when we lose someone we love and yet, how the hole in God's heart is filled and there are parties in Heaven. We cry! God rejoices-that His child is finally Home! I am praying for you, and will always cherish the memories of playing together at your house in Seymour or attending VBS and church together! I also pray for Jamie and the boys-glad that they had an opportunity to love Eric and to make lasting memories!

Eric and I hired into Visteon the same day. During our orientation we were ask to introduce our selves using a word to describe our selves. Eric introduced him self as "Jovial John", as quiet as he seemed then I thought it must have been a mistake.. No Mistake..He lived life with such joy it was impossible not to have a wonderful time just being around him. He made work seem like play. He brightened all the lives he touched. I will always love "my little guy". You have been such a blessing in my life, Eric, Now you have gone to brighten the heavens....We will miss your impish smile....Jamie and boys, you have my love and prayers....He will always be with us all..........

Jamie, I'm so sorry to hear of your loss. Eric was a great guy. He was a great friend to my brother. Eric helped him drag up the first deer he ever got when they were teenagers, and was just as thrilled with the kill as my brother was. You and the boys will be in my prayers.
