Obituary of Judith A. Mitchell

Bedford Judith A. Mitchell, 69, of 4544 State Road 158, Bedford, died Sunday, May 17, 2009 at her residence. Born October 6, 1939 in Bloomfield, she was the daughter of Vernon Dobson and Alice (Strauser) Dobson. She married Bud Mitchell on November 22, 1962 and he survives. She was a homemaker and a member of the Fayetteville Baptist Church. Surviving with her husband, Bud is her mother, Alice (Strauser) Dobson of Bedford; two daughters, Cyndi Coldren of South Carolina and Leslie Mitchell of Bedford; four grandchildren, Allison and Sharayah Sweigart, Delaney and Kylie Coldren; two brothers, Larry Dobson of Solsberry and Leonard Dobson of the Philippines; two sons-in-law, Dave Coldren and Jerry Sweigart. She was preceded in death by her father. Funeral Information Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 am on Wednesday, May 20th at the Fayetteville Baptist Church with Pastor Kenny Walden officiating. Burial will follow in the Fayetteville Church of Christ Cemetery. Friends may call from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Tuesday, May 19th at the Day & Carter Mortuary and from 10:00 am until the hour of service on Wednesday, May 20th at the Fayetteville Baptist Church.
