Obituary of Keith McDonald
Bedford Keith McDonald, 60, of Bedford, died at 2:45 pm on Tuesday, May 6, 2008 at the Bloomington Hospital.
Born July 5, 1947, he was the son of Samuel J. and Grace I. (Pritchett) McDonald. He retired from G.M. Powertrain after thirty years. He was made an Eagle scout and was a life-time member of H.O.G. He was a veteran of the Army serving during the Viet Nam War and was a member of U.A.W. Local #440.
Survivors include his mother, Grace of Bedford; two sisters, Judith Meadows and Donna Woods both of Bedford; one brother, Kent McDonald and his wife, Sandy of Mooresville; nephews, Steve Webb and his wife, Michelle of Bedford and Joshua McDonald of Mooresville; a niece, Amber McDonald of Mooresville; great nieces and nephews, Dustin, Stephanie, Timothy and Tiarra Webb and a great great nephew, Michael Webb. He was preceded in death by his father, a sister, Janet Sue McDonald and a niece, DeLeta Lynn Inman. Funeral Information
Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 am on Friday, May 9th from the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Rev. Charlie Scott and Rev. Mark Fugate officiating. Burial will follow in Cresthaven Memory Gardens. Military rites will be accorded at the graveside by members of Gillen Post #33 American Legion. Friends may call from 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Thursday, May 8th and from 9:00 am until the hour of service on Friday, May 9th at the Day & Carter Mortuary. Donations Information
