Obituary of Elmer Baldwin

Bedford- Elmer Al Baldwin, 68, of 3571 Leatherwood Road, died at 2:00 pm on Friday, May 21, 2004 at his residence. Born January 4, 1936 in Buffalo, New York he was the son of Elmer and Grace (Hawes) Baldwin. He married Floris Hamilton on March 11, 1976 and she survives. He was retired from the U.S. Navy and Disney World. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge # 221. Surviving with his wife are two sons, Michael George of Bloomington, and David George of Mitchell; one grandson David Andrew George of Bedford. He was preceded in death by his parents and two grandsons, Thomas George, and Varian George. Funeral Information Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, May 25th from the Elmwood Chapel of the Day and Carter Mortuary with John Wisley officiating. Burial will follow in Mundell cemetery, Friends may call from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Monday, May 24th at the Day and Carter Mortuary with a Masonic service at 7:00 p.m. Military rites will be accorded at the graveside by members of Gillen Post #33 American Legion.
