Obituary of Myra L. England

Bedford – Myra L. England, 79, of Bedford, passed away at 8:40 am on November 6, 2024, at her residence. Born June 6, 1945, in Bedford, she was the daughter of James H. and Elsie l. (Kern) Brock. She was a Nurse’s Aide and an Administration Assistant in the Physicial Therapy Department at Dunn Hospital. She married Denver England on February 3, 2010, and he survives. Survivors include her husband, Denver, of Bedford; children, Debbie Shellhase and husband, Dustin, of New Hampshire, Kim Wray and husband, Ed, of Bedford, Donna England, of Connecticutt, Rick Nicholson and wife, Melissa, of Springville, Denver England, Jr., of Texas, Christy Jill Alden and husband, Vance, of Bedford, Mike Nicholson and wife, LuAnn, of Bedford, Ken England and wife, Kimberly, of Cambridge City, IN; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; a brother, Kenneth G. Brock. She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Chris Alan Nicholson; two siblings, Jimmie Brock and Mona Cobb. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 pm on Monday, November 11th in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Brian David Brock officiating. Burial will follow in Old Union Cemetery. Visitation will be from 12:00 noon until the hour of service on Monday at the Day & Carter Mortuary. Memorial contributions may be made to the White River Humane Society.
