Earl Chambers Obituary

Bedford – Earl Chambers, 90, of Bedford, passed away on Monday, October 21, 2024, at the home of his son.


Born February 19, 1934, in Monroe Co., he was the son of Luther Chambers and Edith (Robinson) Mundy. He had been a painter at Otis Elevator.


Survivors include his significant other, Mary Isom, of Bloomington; his son, Earl Isom and wife, Debbie, of Bedford and their children, Evan, Nicholas and Elizabeth; two step-daughters, Teresa Sissman (Jimmy) and Cheryl Zackey, all of Bloomington; seven step- grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, a son, Timothy Chambers; two step-daughters, Connie Isom and Brenda Morron; four brothers, Lawrence, Robert, James, and Virgil; one sister (in infancy).


Graveside service will be conducted at 11:30 am on Saturday, October 26th at Valhalla Memory Gardens. Family and friends may express condolences at www.daycarter.com.
