Bedford – Melanie Manion Reynolds, 63, of Bedford, passed away at 9:45 am on Thursday, October 10, 2024 at Indiana University Hospice House.

Born October 6, 1961, she was the daughter of Harold and Marie (Hale) Manion. She married Lincoln Reynolds on December 29, 1994 and he survives. Melanie was a Documentation Specialist at Baxter for 22 years and a member of the Gulletts Creek Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband Lincoln, of Bedford; two furry friends, Blue and Bella; a sister, Rita Franklin (Benny), of Springville; and a brother, Mike Manion, of Bedford; a sister in law, Teresa Manion. She is preceded in death by a sister, Brenda Weisheit and her husband Kent, and brother Harold Wayne Manion.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 pm on Saturday, October 12, 2024 in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary. Burial will follow in Cresthaven Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 10:00 am to the time of service on Saturday. Family and friends may express condolences at www.daycarter.com.
