Bedford – Beverly J. Oliver, 76, of Bedford, passed away at 1:13 pm, on Friday, September 6, 2024, at I.U. Health Bloomington Hospital.

Born May 27, 1948, in Bloomington, she was the daughter of Richard and Maxine (Allen) Eppard. She married Dennis Oliver on January 12, 1979, and he survives. She was a graduate of Bloomington High School and retired from RCA in Bloomington and Valeo in Seymour. She loved her family and bragging about them. She enjoyed butterflies, flowers, crafts and crocheting.

Survivors include her husband, Dennis, of Bedford; sons, Thomas Lane and wife, Mechell and Scott Oliver and wife, Carol; a daughter, Andrea Rigsby and husband, Brandon; grandchildren, Cameron Lane, Clairann Lane, Austin Todd, Peyton Layne, Grady Butler, Brynna Rigsby, Ryker Rigsby, Ashley Oliver and fiancé, Ben Alt, Abbigail Fredrick and husband, Daniel; a cousin, Judith Kephart; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Brian Lane; a brother, Richard T. Eppard.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 pm on Friday, September 13th in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Reno Bates officiating. Burial will follow in Cresthaven Memory Gardens. Visitation will be from 11:00 am until the hour of service on Friday at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
