Obituary of Wayne D. Roberts

Springville - Wayne D. Roberts, 63, of Springville, passed away at 4:33 pm, on Sunday May 26, 2024, at Monroe Hospital. Born September 17, 1960, in Lawrence Co., he was the son of Frank C. and Norma J. (Johnson) Roberts. He married Melissa Roberts, and she preceded him in death. He was a stone mill planer foreman. Survivors include a daughter, Mykista Mitchell (Bryon) of Unionville; other children raised in the home, Mary Patton, of Bethesda, OH, Trista Sturgeon, of Searcy, AR, and Gary Sturgeon, of Springville; seven grandchildren, Kamory, Dylon, Trent, Melissa, Eli, Keigan, and Whitney; five brothers, Steve Roberts (Liz), of Tucson, AZ, Mike Roberts (Linda), of Solsberry, IN, Don Roberts (Judi), of Solsberry, IN, Danny Roberts (Kim), of Springville, and Frank Roberts, Jr. (Kim), of Bloomfield.
