Bloomington - Timothy Monroe "Tim" Justice, 49, of Bloomington, passed away at 7:27 am on Tuesday, May 7, 2024. Born October 19, 1974, in Pikeville, KY, he was the son of Virgil Justice, Wilma (Bacon) and Bryan Matney.

Survivors include his mother; his sister, Tammy Jo (Aaron) Dinn; his children, Leilani Justice and Haemma (Bella) Justice; a niece, Emma "Baby Girl" Dinn; a great-niece, Ivy "Sunshine" Dinn; several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. He was preceded in death by his father; his step-father, Bryan Matney; a brother, Jimmy Lee Justice; his grandparents, Georgia Bacon, Chester and Carrine Justice.
