Springville - Talmadge Waggoner, 86, of Springville, passed away at 12:10 pm on Thursday, March 28, 2024, at Majestic Care in Bedford. Born June 13, 1937, in Martin Co., IN, he was the son of Ralph and Flossie (Sipes) Waggoner. He had been a die cast operator for Extruded Alloy's.
