Bedford – James Edward Hamilton, 65, of Bedford, passed away at 10:58 am on Tuesday, February 27, 2024, at I.U. Health Bloomington Hospital.

Born March 21, 1958, in Lawrence Co., he was the son of James Hamilton and Donna Rivers Carpenter. He married Charlene Hogue and she preceded him in death. He was an electrical technician in Indianapolis.

Survivors include a brother, Wes Carpenter and wife, Michelle, of Bedford; an aunt, Cathy McIntyre and husband, Terry, of Bedford; several cousins; a niece, Ava Carpenter and a nephew, Evan Carpenter.
