Sorry about Carolyn. I didn't find out until Thursday afternoon. She and I sat in the front seat together with Jess Bailey riding to and from Crane. She was a lot of fun and we shared many laughs with Jess.

Mike, I'm so sorry for your loss. Carolyn was an awesome person. Once when Herschel & Carolyn went to my Grandpa Roy & Grandma Lola's my daughter Jessica had her 'My Little Pony's' with her. When your Dad asked her which one was her favorite she said 'Applejack'. You can just imagine what a kick your Dad got out of that since his nickname was Applejack. Carolyn told Jessica she wanted a nickname from a Pony too, so Jess told her she would be Aunt Kite-flyer. Any time Jessica talked about them it was always Uncle Applejack and Aunt Kite-flyer. I'm not sure Jess knew Carolyn's name by now. Carolyn was always so sweet and kind to all of us. We loved her so much.
