Obituary of Arvella Catherine Lynch

Bedford Arvella Catherine Lynch, 92, 208 Heltonville Road, Bedford, died at 7:10 am on Friday, March 18, 2005 at the Bedford Regional Medical Center following a serious illness. Born March 8, 1913 in Lanesville, IN, she was the daughter of Henry and Eva Elizabeth (Dwicer) Dowdle. She married Ray S. Snow and he died October 9, 1966. She later married Patrick J. Lynch on December 5, 1976 and he survives. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, Auxiliary of the Bedford Regional Medical Center, Elks Auxiliary, American Legion Auxiliary and a past president of the Business and Professional Womens Club. Surviving with her husband, Patrick is one sister, Donna Woods of Louisville, KY; four grandchildren, Jimmie Snow of Indianola, IA, Michael Snow of Pekin, IN, Deborah Wilson of Indianapolis, IN and Sandra Blevin of Anderson, IN; eight great grandchildren; six great great grandchildren and a daughter-in-law, Iris Snow of Anderson, IN. She was preceded in death by her parents, first husband and one son, Arlin J. Snow. Funeral Information No calling hours are scheduled. A memorial service will be conducted at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of the Day & Carter Mortuary.
