Obituary of Jesse Lee McGlothlin

Jesse Lee McGlothlin, 35, of Bedford, passed away at 4:15 am on Friday, June 23, 2023, at his residence. Born November 24, 1987, in Monroe County, he was the son of Robert L. McGlothlin and Shirley Penrose. Jesse was employed by Walmart Bedford and worked in the deli department. He was a loving and loyal son, brother, and friend. He loved video gaming and nature. Survivors include his father, Robert L. McGlothlin of Bedford; one brother, Josh McGlothlin of Bedford; his care giver, Angela R. Harvey of Bedford; and his fur babies, Joy and Princess. He was preceded in death by his mother, Shirley Penrose; his stepmother, Lois A. McGlothlin, and his grandparents. Visitation will be from 12 noon until 4:00 pm on Tuesday, June 27th at the Day & Carter Mortuary. A celebration of life will immediately follow the visitation at the residence of Angela and John Harvey at 2620 G Street, Bedford.
