Obituary of Dorothy Phyllis Addis

Vincennes Dorothy Phyllis Addis, 75, of Vincennes, IN, died November 5, 2005 at the Rockingham Memorial Hospital in Harrisonburg, VA following a sudden illness. Born June 5, 1930 in Coal Grove, OH, she was the daughter of George and Willa (Howell) Malone. She married William C. Addis and he survives. She, along with her husband, William, were evangelists who traveled throughout the United States. She was a member of the Pentecostal Church. Surviving with her husband, William, are many nieces, nephews and a great number of friends throughout the country. Funeral Information Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 am on Thursday, November 10th at the Shady Springs Pentecostal Camp Ground on Hwy 50 East of Bedford with I.D. Sullivan, David Taylor, Paul Markee, Kenneth Brand and Gary Edenfield officiating. Burial will follow in Hilltop Cemetery in Avoca. Friends may call from 2:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Wednesday, November 9th at the Shady Springs Pentecostal Camp Ground. Arrangements are under the direction of the Day & Carter Mortuary.
