Margaret Louise Meadows Obituary

Heltonville – Margaret Louise (Fleetwood) Meadows, 80, of Heltonville, died Tuesday morning at Stonebridge Health Campus. Louise loved spending time with her sons, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She retired after 36 years of service at RCA and was a member of the Hillcrest Christian Church.


Surviving family members include: sons, Michael (Cathy) Meadows, of Heltonville and Jerry L. Meadows, of Heltonville; brothers, Dean Fleetwood, Ray (Arla) Fleetwood, Rex (Diane) Fleetwood, all of Heltonville and Kevin Fleetwood, of Indianapolis; sisters, Rickie (Dave Briles) Anderson and Tammy (Denny) Reuter, of Bedford; grandchildren, Stacy (Jerry Bagshaw) Meadows and Chris (Teddi) Meadows, of Heltonville and Ethan Meadows, Frankie Daggy, and Eric Tumey, all of Bedford; great-grandchildren, Nicholas and Marcus Meadows, Aslynn and Jaiden Bagshaw, Mason, Dayton and Bella Everage, along with several cousins, nieces and nephews. Louise was preceded in death by her parents, Lessly and Helen (Sturrock) Fleetwood; her husband, Jerry C. Meadows; brothers, Charles Edward, Dale, Ronnie, Willard, and Bob Fleetwood; sisters, Betty Jean Fleetwood and Martha (Fleetwood) Davis.


Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 am on Saturday, October 1st in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Pastor Charlie Scott officiating. Burial will follow in the Bartlettsville Christian Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Friday, September 30th and from 10:00 am until the hour of service on Saturday at the Day & Carter Mortuary. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hillcrest Christian Church Children’s Christmas fund. Family and friends may express condolences at www.daycarter.com.
