Bedford – Joseph Daniel “J.D.” Hall, 45, of Bedford, passed away at 8:08 pm, on Tuesday, September 6, 2022, at I.U. Health Bedford Hospital.

Born March 3, 1977, in Bedford, he was the son of Timothy B. and Brenda (Tolbert) Hall. He married Marguerite “Maggy” Vo, and she survives. He had been a warehouse worker for Best Beers. He was baptized in Gulletts Creek Church. He loved his family, music, and fishing. He was proud of his children and enjoyed attending their games and events. He was always available to help anyone at anytime.

Survivors include his mother, Brenda Hall, of Bedford; his wife, Maggy, of Bloomington; two children, Taylor and Mya Hall, both of Bloomington; a sister, Melissa Stevenson; a nephew, Dylan Stevenson; several cousins, aunts and uncles. He was preceded in death by his father, Timothy; his paternal grandparents, Don and Bernice Myers; his maternal grandparents, Scott and Jean Tolbert.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 am on Monday, September 12th in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Pastor Dwight Dunbar officiating. Burial will follow in Saltillo Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Sunday, September 11th at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
