Rosie - I still remember when Jim & Kenny and I think some others started coming to Avoca from Crane. Wow -- weren't we blessed they came our way! You and Jim were part of my life for so many years, and wonderful memories. I know God will see you through this time. You and the family are in my thoughts and prayers.

I was just explaining to someone the process of developing film off a roll which was taught to me by Mr. Blyeth in photography class at BNL. He is a teacher I will never forget. He had the greatest personality, funny, easy going but stern when it was needed. He went to bat for me after a piece of my artwork was defaced and made sure the person was held accountable for. I'm not sure he ever knew how much that meant to me. He was a great man and fantastic teacher to so many. I send my deepest condolences to his family and close friends. I pray for comfort to the ones struggling with his passing. Please know that I believe those who were fortunate enough to absorb his teachings are certainly better people for have knowing Mr. Blyeth.

Was saddened to hear of the loss of Mr. Blyeth. He was my photography teacher at BNL. He was inspiring and encouraging, and was a great Christian mentor to all who knew him. He was always smiling because the joy of The Lord was his strength, and it was evident.
Already, he has been missed at Avoca Baptist Church, since he & Rosie moved to Florida.
Praying for all the family. He loved you all very much and was very proud of his kids and grandkids. It wont be long until we are with him again. So keep your eyes on Jesus. We have a lot to look forward to!!

Mr. Blyeth also taught stone sculpture at BNL and it was a favorite course of mine. Endless encouragement and endless enthusiasm. Whether he realized it or not, he was teaching us that if you put in the hard work you will have success-so do not give up on getting the result you want out of the stone. One of my favorite teachers of all time. My sincerest condolences to his family and friends.
