Bedford – Viola Maxine Rogers, 91, of Bedford, passed away at 12:52 am on Sunday, July 24, 2022 at I.U. Health Bedford Hospital.

Viola was born on November 23, 1930 in Martin County, IN, she was the daughter of Theodore & Goldie Lee. She married Ernest Rogers and he preceded her in death. She was a homemaker and a member of the Mitchell Senior Citizens.

Surviving are three grandchildren, Mandy Tanksley (Bryan) of Orleans, Brandon Bevers of Bedford, Missy Shaw (Greg) of Mitchell, one sister-in-law, Barbara Houtchins, a daughter-in-law, Jill Rogers of Bedford. She was preceded in death by, her parents, husband, three children, Terry Rogers, Debra Bevers and Susan Rogers and a half-brother Les.
