Speedway- David K. Jenkins, 66, of Speedway, died at his residence on Tuesday, June 21st.

Born October 20, 1955, in Bedford, he was the son of Charles Jenkins and Virginia (Byers) Jenkins. He was a Deli Clerk at Kroger. He married Kevin Dowdy on January 10, 2019, and he survives. David loved decorating for holidays, especially Christmas. He graduated from Stalker High School.

Survivors include husband, Kevin, of Speedway; sister, Donna Turner, of Bedford; brother, Douglas A. Jenkins, of Bedford; his dog, Remy. He was preceded in the death by his parents.
