Bedford-David Peña, 42, of Bedford passed away on Friday, April 8, 2022, at the St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis.

Born December 25, 1979, in Mission Hills, CA, he was the son of Fernando and Lilia C. Peña. He retired from General Motors. He was a member of Cornerstone Church in Bedford.

Survivors include his parents, Fernando, and Lilia Peña of Bedford; a sister, Melissa Peña, and her husband John Carter; a brother, Josh Peña, a stepbrother, Danny Gonzales; five nephews: Abel Peña, Adrian Peña, Angelo Peña, Santino Peña, and Johnny Carter; a niece, Isabella Carter. He was preceded in death by a sister-in-law, Brittani Peña.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, April 12th in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Pastor Rodney Reynolds officiating. Burial will follow in the Dive Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of service on Tuesday. Memorial contributions may be made to the family to help with medical expenses.
