Bedford – Rebecca Sue Chase, 45, of Bedford, passed away on Sunday, April 3, 2022, in Bloomington, IN.

Born December 18, 1976, in Bedford, she was the daughter of Joe and Karen (Lake) Speer. She was a stay-at-home mother who loved her kids and cooking.

Survivors include her mother, Karen, of Bedford; two daughters, Alyssa Davis (Tyler), and Hannah Chase, all of Bedford; six grandchildren, Dayson, Daxton, Dawson, and Emery Jo Davis, Bennett and Barrett Blake; two sisters, Jennifer East (Jody) and Kayla Barger Arron, all of Bedford; a brother, Joey Speer, of Bedford. She was preceded in death by her father, Joe; her grandmother, Lucille Lake and her dogs waiting for her in Heaven.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 pm on Friday, April 8th in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary. Burial will follow in the Dive Cemetery.
