Obituary of Evelyn L. Baker

Oolitic – Evelyn L. Baker, 99, of Oolitic, passed away at 10:30 am on Sunday, January 9, 2022. Born July 23, 1922, in Bedford, she was the daughter of Benjamin and Stephanie (Desimon) Mascio. She married August Baker and he preceded her in death. She was an accounting secretary for RCA in Bloomington and a member of the First United Methodist Church. Survivors include a sister, Betty True, of Oolitic. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and five siblings. Graveside services will be conducted at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, January 12th at Cresthaven Memory Gardens with Judi Early officiating. Burial will follow.
