Obituary of Helen J. "Suzi" Fiddler Mowery

Bedford – Helen J. “Suzi” Fiddler Mowery, 78, of Bedford, passed away Wednesday evening, December 15, 2021, after a lengthy illness. Born August 4, 1943, she was the daughter of John and Jane Fiddler. She married Robert “Bob” Mowery and he preceded her in death in 2006. She was a loving and giving person, friend and a wonderful mother who would do anything to help someone in need. She loved all animals, especially all her dogs she had throughout her life. She was a wonderful artist who loved painting, a hairdresser, electrolysis, and caregiver. She loved traveling in the RV with her husband, Bob, throughout the winter months. She also loved being in her backyard with her Koi fish pond, pool, and flowers. Survivors include children, Bill Woody (Robin), of Monroe, TN, JoniSue Ryan (Matt), of Bedford; grandchildren, Jamie Orzco, Julia Rodgers, Will Woody, all of TN, Jesse and Like Woody, of Bedford; four great-grandchildren; a brother, Jay Fiddler (Janet) and Pat Hirons; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a son, Jim Woody who preceded her in death in 2017. She will be greatly missed by her children, family, and those whose lives she touched. We are honoring her wishes of cremation with no funeral service.
