Obituary of Phyllis Vestal

Bedford - Phyllis Vestal, 86, of Bedford, passed away at 11:20 am on Thursday, November 25, 2021, at I.U. Health Hospice House. Born June 3, 1935, in Bedford, she was the daughter of Ansel and Margaret (Cora) Luther. She was a nurses aide. Survivors include two sons, Richard and William Blackburn. No services are scheduled.
