Obituary of Linda Jill Lee

Bedford Linda Jill Lee, 59, of Bedford, died at 6:59 am on Monday, December 23, 2013 at her residence. Born August 11, 1954 in Lawrence Co., she was the daughter of Gordon and Leoma (Williams) Shook. She married Curt Lee on December 16, 1973 and he survives. She was a claims taker at Work One in Bedford and volunteered with Ducks Unlimited. She was a member of the First Christian Church in Bedford. She enjoyed traveling, shopping and being Grammy. Survivors include four daughters, Danie Norris and husband, Mark of Bloomington, Tiffany Moody and husband, Matt of Carmel, Kasey Franklin and husband, Doug of Indianapolis and Chelsea Lee and companion, Steve Cassidy of Bedford; grandchildren, Caleb, Haley, Jetta, Maya and Pacer Norris, Maddox and Harper Franklin; a sister, Lee Ann Mitchell and husband, Rick of Mitchell; aunt, Annah Hall of Bedford; uncle, Don Williams of Cloverdale; several cousins, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; a granddaughter, Nora Nicole Moody (in infancy); and an uncle, Dean Williams. Funeral Information Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 am on Saturday, December 28th at the First Christian Church in Bedford with Pastor Allen Cloar officiating. Burial will follow in Cresthaven Memory Gardens. Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Friday, December 27th at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
