I Remember Eddie as a kid... He ran around with my older brother Dave and I was the tagalong little brother... Never forget the fall of 1962 when they were taking me around to trick or treat... Eddie suggested we cut a crossed this field we got about midway through it when the owner thought we were stealing his pumpkins... Anyway, the guy started shooting and yelling at us... We managed to drop and hid until the guy gave up... It was a miracle the guy didn’t spot us as I was wearing a John Glen space suit which had glider all over it... Whenever, I saw Eddie over the years the incident never failed to bring a laugh out of us... I had lost track of Eddie over the years but hope he never lost his sense of humor.... I worked with Ed for several year's at Hoosier Uplands and we became close friends. We stayed in touch after I left there, Ed always remembered my birthday and would either call me or send me a text. This really breaks my heart, Ed was certainly a great guy!

Our good friend and certainly, a man of many talents! The photo is of time shared with Ed on a road trip to Florida to visit Tom Hert. He will be remembered by so many and in different ways. He was always there with a listening ear, and if asked would certainly give you his opinion on things! He was loved and will be missed by all of us! Fly high my friend! Doug and Julie

This is a shock and a big loss to all of us. I don’t have to tell you how close Ed and I are. We have been friends for 50 years. We were there for each other through the good times and the hard. Allot of fishing, camping and exploring all over the country. I’m sure going to miss him.
