Obituary of Jacqueline Elaine Heyneman
Bedford – Jacqueline Elaine Heyneman, 87 of Bedford, passed away Tuesday, September 22, 2021.
Born May 3, 1934, in Ft. Wayne, IN, she was the daughter of Don Hendricks and Marie (Weinbrenner) Hazelton. She retired as an administrative assistant from NSWC Crane. She was a member of Woodville Baptist Church, and the Ladies Auxiliary of Gillen Post #33 American Legion. She loved playing Bingo and jigsaw and crossword puzzles.
Survivors include her children, Elaine Johnson, of Bedford, Marvin Johnson and wife, Karen, of Denver, CO, Richard Johnson and wife, Ida, of Grantsville, UT, Rose Ivey and Lina Johnson, both of Bedford, step-children, Lisa Harz and significant other, Pete Perona, Charlene Stout and husband, George, and Cindy Roe and husband, Mike, all of Ft. Wayne, Kathy Loy and husband, Rich, of FL, and Greg Johnson, of Bedford; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great great-grandchildren; sisters, Fran Ort, and Kathy Clifton, both of Ft. Wayne, Georgene Bush, of Hamilton, IN and brother, William Hazelton of Evansville, IN. She was preceded in death by her parents, Dallas K. Johnson the father of her children, her children, Connie Pond, Dallas M. Johnson, Vickie Croft, and brothers, Don and Mel Hendricks.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, September 28th in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Pastor Glenn Hamer officiating. Burial will follow in Cresthaven Memory Gardens. Visitation will be from 11:00 am until the hour of service on Tuesday at the Day & Carter Mortuary. The family asks that friends consider memorial contributions be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, P.O. Box 91891 Washington, D.C. 20090, in memory of her daughter Connie Pond.
